This is actually artwork for buttons (original pencil art is here) dressed up with an art deco background to make it presentable.
Presently, these buttons are available for pre-order here. The two stupid-happy Freckle and Rocky buttons toward the bottom of the image are convention exclusives that come free with the set if you pre-order or pick them up at San Diego Comic-con 2010.
